NEW window, NEW tub, NEW tile, PRE-grout, PRE-floor-sink-fixtures-toilet, etc etc etc...we're getting closer!
Livingroom+holes in the walls+dust+plastic covering everything+Joel Starr=NEW ELECTRICITY!
