i haven't kept any of my promises to this blog. i apologize. life has been a bit difficult see with the business of it all....the lack of a working computer at home (soon to be fixed!) and other priorities weighing me down....i've broken all my promises to this blog.

so lets start now...i'll try to be better....once comp is fixed life will be different.

TODAY-large news:

first this:
 
my sweet friends sarah and darrick were married. i coordinated the wedding  day-of and it was just gorgeous! that girl (ok ok...and boy..) have mighty great taste. fantastic people and simply in love...it's gross;)

then this:

my fantastic-example-of-a-married-couple, all-over-great-folks, sweet-friends-and-now-NEW-PARENTS, julie and jacob washburn had their first beeb. Avery! She's presh...and yes...this is taken mere hours after delivery----when i'm prego i'm walking the entire way thru it with julie so i can look like this after i push a watermelon out of my whoha...just sain'. beautiful fam!

100 Layer Cake turned me onto this photo (the pic at the very top...disregard the rest please:). Everything...everything about it makes me want to puke and cry at the same time----i love it so much.

Specfically though, through a blog a follow (brown button) i found this designer-simply beautiful, light, fresh and fluffy dresses to die for! These dresses are a bit ballet inspired (which i love, duh) yet full of unique wedding delight. love.

I wanted to start the new year off making meaningful and inspiring posts...but sadly i have very little to say.... maybe once some positive thoughts come streaming my way...hopefully in the near future...i'll be able to share them with you. Until then I'd like to do a little feature on my friend's friend's wedding. My bestie, Katie Crutcher's little sister Paige was a BM in this CA based wedding. I'd love to give credit to both the bride (alexandra rains)/groom (beau rains) and photographer...sadly I cannot due to not actually knowing either...hah!...oh the power of FB....however....Please do enjoy these cute pics and if you know this loverly lady....do give her props from a fellow wedding obsessed blogger-me:)

YEAR ONE!

One year ago I married my best friend. Amazing as that was...holy heck what the past year as brought! Happiness, sadness, growth, home owner-ship, new jobs, etc etc etc! We celebrated by a day of wine tasting and an over-night stay in leavenworth-relax!

Sometimes, somehow......I forget how beautiful the eastern side of the state is
